The history of Slavery

In the part of the second millennia AD, many rich in Europe adopted the code slavery. Slavery is when you hoard people to work for you. Slavery is illegal today in the most of the world but back then it is not. Slavery is even alright in the bible says; “And if a man sells his daughter to be a female slave, she shall not go out as the male slaves do. If she does not please her master, who has betrothed her to himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He shall have no right to sell her to a foreign people, since he has dealt deceitfully with her. And if he has betrothed her to his son, he shall deal with her according to the custom of daughters. If he takes another wife, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, and her marriage rights.”

In America, however slavery is brought by the British who discover America they brought along there slaves with them, African slaves they work in sugar plantations they have no rights and even no country but during the ugly civil war. President Abraham Lincoln ordered Congress to pass a bill the Thirteenth Amendment to gives rights to slaves to be a citizens of America, here is the Thirteenth Amendment: Either no slavery or involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

In the past few years in parts of Asia, slavery is wide spared due luck education, poverty, in parts of the Arab world women are being treated like slave. No right of education, no right to work, they are often put in a life without the right to be married to the person that they love. How they justify this really weird they are saying that Allah makes us do that, the Koran says its right. If take those two books at face value you can get it so wrong.
